Hey 13 and up Sharks! Here is the Junior Coaching Schedule. I apologize for the delay on this. For this week, just try to make one practice for your group. Each swimmer has 13-14 Junior Coaching Sessions. You need to go to 9 practices to hit your 70% mark.
