This just in... Swimmer warm-ups will occur every morning at 6:30 am at Seminole. If swimmers are wanting to sleep in because they are swimming later in the session, they can come warm-up at Seminole on their own anytime between 6:30 am-1:00 pm on Thursday and Friday. Open warm up times will be available on Saturday as well between 6:30 am and 10:30 am. Please note that the All-City Meet starts at 8:00 all 3 days! Go Sharks!

Here we go Sharks! Hopefully you are starting to think about packing up and heading to McKee Farms Park for the Pasta Party. Festivities start tonight at 5:30. There will be water ballons, car chalking, and general great Seminole spirit. If you are volunteering at All-City Swim and don't yet have your parking pass, please be sure to find Coach Andrew tonight at the party so that you can take advantage of your cush parking spot.
