2025 Lifeguard Employment

Triangle Pool hires Lifeguards and swim instructors for the summer season.  In order to be hired, you must be at least 15 years old and be a certified lifeguard.  If you are not currently certified, please contact our community partner, SplashFORWARD, for information on free lifeguard training for High School students.  Once you are certified, please send your application to [email protected] and we will schedule an interview.  Download Application Here (Word doc). 

Interviews will begin in March for the 2025 season and will continue until we are fully staffed.  We will be hiring for the following positions:

  • Senior Guard - You are 18+ and will lead your shift. 
  • Junior Guard - You are 15-17 years old and want to work at least 12 hours per week througout the summer.
  • Reserve Guard - You are someone who a busy schedule or will be gone for a large part of the summer, but you would like to pick up a lifeguard shift here or there and be eligible to teach group and/or private lessons.

Triangle Pool offers a flexible work schedule, good pay, and a fun work environment.  We look forward to having you on our team!
