Hi team! Another meet weekend coming up, and I am excited to see our team back in action! There have been important developments that are impacting our YMCAs that I wanted to share. At the last meet down in Everett, we had a coaches meeting in which Earl (PSSA officials coordinator) expressed some dire news. We are slated to be losing 20 officials across the league (last year had several seniors and with that, parent volunteers). Hi all! Passing along an upcoming Skagit YMCA event - you may have already received an email about this from our marketing team, but they did reach out to us specifically asking for potential swimmer-volunteers. I don't believe they have exact times yet, but I see 12pm-8pm blocked off on the admin event calendar (so sometime between then). Good morning team, First off, I want to give a big thank you to our volunteers that helped with our mock meet yesterday!
