The 2021/22 CST Seasonal T-Shirts, kindly donated by Pineapple Pete, are in! If you haven't received yours yet, please see Jullet. Here we have Denecia, who designed the art, modeling the shirt.

The CST team store (located in the office) has a lot of new items to have a look at. We have a fresh stock of training gear, including lots of different types of goggles. We also have mesh bags with the team logo. Also have a look at the new Arena backpacks and pancho (as modelled here by Gigi Cai).

After months of waiting, the new lanelines are finally in! They look awesome!! CST would once again like to thank Greg Werlinich for this huge donation!

Matias Piazza, on holiday in Italy, competed in the 12° Trofeo Romagna Acque Libere. He finished 3rd in his division with a time of 34:03.00. Way to represent internationally Matias!

Denecia's artwork will be featured on CST's 2021-2022 seasonal shirt. We had a few well done entries from our swimmers, and we will keep the other entries for upcoming years. But it was Denecia's art that we felt would best serve our needs this year. Her original hand drawn image is shown here, as well as a 'touched up' version that will work better for the shirts. Carib Swim Team dominated the first (to be annual) SMAF Championships last weekend, with a bunch of great time drops and new records. It was a lopsided victory, as the two other attending teams came with small contingents. CST won the meet with 993 points. Super Splash Swim Team came in second with 135 points, and Dolphin Swim Team finished third with 59 points. With all money accounted for, CST swimmers raised a little over $8,750. Our original goal was $5,000. Way to go!!! The money will be used for improvements at the pool. Originally we planned on replacing our lanelines, but Greg Werlinich donated the entire amount for the lanelines, including shipping. Thanks Greg, that is a very generous donation! For the first time ever, Sint Maarten has certified officials. Through a grant from FINA, SMAF brought in two highly experienced swim officials, Gladwin de Lanoi and Desiree Francisco, both from Curacao, to train some of our parents and other adult members. 58 students earned their diplomas last Saturday. Big congrats to all! Special congrats to Sabrina, Jhonica, Carly and Thalia for passing their last diploma, cant wait to see them in the swim team!

Thanks to SXM TRI académie for organizing the TIME TRIAL TRIATHLON 2021. On the 750m swim at la petite plage, CST swimmers did great! Eline Broere first female. Matias Piazza fastest swimmer overall 9:26�� Adriaan Coppelmans and Nicolas Piazza both did an incredible race with 11:08 and 11:28. We are very proud of Mirte Coppelmans from our learn to swim program that completed her swim like a champ! Congrats to all!����
