Lane Guidelines for Masters Swimmers:

-
When more than one swimmer is in the lane, we observe a circular swim pattern to ensure smooth, safe swimming for everyone.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be fast to join?
No. We have lanes for different speeds and focus on steady improvement, not just sprint times.
I'm out of shape – can I still join?
Yes. Masters swimming encourages members to work at their own pace while benefiting from structured workouts and peer support.
Do I need to attend all sessions?
No. Our “drop-in” model means you can attend when it fits your schedule.
Can I do open water or tri training here?
Yes. Many members are triathletes or open-water swimmers. Ask a coach about customizing your swim plan.
