Penguins Summer Swim Team- 2025 Season Information

Welcome to the Penguins Swim Team! 
 

We’re so excited to have you join us for another fun-filled season in the water! Whether you're new or returning, we can’t wait to make waves together this summer.

Season Dates: April 28th – July 12th
• Practice Begin: Week of April 28th
• Championship Meet: July 12th @ Sewanee; swimmers must swim in 2 meets to qualify for

Price List: Multi-swimmer discounts $15/Swimmer
Peeps (Level 1 Swim Lessons) : $200
• Penguins Summer Swim Team (Levels 2-6): $250

• Stingrays – Long Course + Penguins: $300
• Stingrays – Long Course Only: $100

 Level Placement / Schedule Evaluation: April 21st – April 24th | 4:00 – 5:00

Level 1 (Peeps Swim Lessons; Ages 3-6)
• Group A: Mon & Wed | 3:30 – 4:15 PM
• Group B: Mon & Wed | 4:15 – 5:00 PM

• Group C: Tues & Thurs | 3:30 – 4:15 PM
• Group D: Tues & Thurs | 4:15 – 5:00 PM

Levels 2-6 (Recreational/Competitive Team; Ages 7-18)
Level 2 & 3: Mon / Tues / Thurs | 3:30 – 4:30 PM
Level 4:
• Mon – Thurs | 3:30 – 4:30 PM
• Friday | 4:00 – 5:00 PM

Level 5: Mon – Fri | 4:30 – 6:00 PM
Level 6:
• Mon – Fri | 4:00 – 6:00 PM
• Saturday | 7:30 – 9:00 AM

Team Swim Suit: 
Parents are responsible for ordering the team swimsuit for their athlete. Not required for Peeps

Volunteering

Calling All Parents – We Need Your Help!To make each swim meet a success, we rely on our amazing parent volunteers.

Each family is required to volunteer at 2 meets this season.


Examples of Volunteer Positions Needed:
• Timers (6 Volunteers): Be right by the pool to catch all the action!
• Bull Pen (3-4 Volunteers): Organize swimmers and keep the flow going.
• Concessions (2 Volunteers): Keep our swimmers and families refreshed!
