Our Organization
Franklin County Swimming, Inc. is a 501c3 that has been operating swim programs in Winchester since 2000. Franklin County Swimming, Inc. is composed of multiple programs and teams that serve swimmers in our area. Stingrays (WST) is a year-round competitive swim team that competes throughout the southeast and nationally. Penguins is our summer recreational program that both hosts and competes in meets during June and July as part of the Race League. FC Swimming is serving as an independent school team this year competing in both middle school and high school meets. There is also a learn to swim program for children ages 3-5 who are new to swimming. Franklin County Swimming, Inc. is looking to continue current programming and add programming for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
OUR MISSION
Through an intentional process based on education, safety, proper technique, personal achievement, and fun, Franklin County Swimming, Inc. aims to provide the finest swimming instruction in Middle Tennessee.
Our Vision
We aim to build a solid swimming foundation through our programming, including learn-to-swim, fitness, or competitive swimming. Our goal is to instill a love of swimming so that swimmers of all ages may utilize the sport as an opportunity for lifelong enrichment. On each swimmer’s pathway through our program, we aim to build important characteristics that transfer away from the pool including physical fitness, self-discipline, and self-esteem. We value these skills, and the personal relationships built along the way as foundations for a lifetime of personal enrichment.
Our Swimmers
Our team is comprised of athletes ranging from the entry-level swimmer all the way up to the national. In 2024, there have been over 25 swimmers on the competitive team, 75 swimmers in our Level 1-4 and Level 5-6 program.
Club Advancement
Franklin County Swimming, Inc. Team Sponsorship Program provides continued funding for the operation, expansion, and enrichment of the team experience. Sponsorships will help facilitate the following club initiatives:
- Athlete support services – sports mental training, sports recovery therapy, sports nutrition.
- Swim meet equipment – Computers, printers, software, and other state-of-the art equipment that is necessary to host swim meets.

Annual Sponsorship Levels
Platinum Level = $2000 (limit 6)
- SWIM LANE SPONSOR – Your business will have its logo on the starter block.
- SWIM MEET SPONSOR – Your business will be named MEET SPONSOR, and your business name will be used in one of our summer hosted swim meets at the Swimplex.
- Gold, Silver & Bronze Sponsorship Benefits included.
Gold Level = $1000
- BANNER PLACEMENT AT THE SWIMPLEX – Your business logo will be placed on a banner hung at the Winchester Swimplex in a prime viewing spot on the pool deck during our swim season. Banner will also be hung at Championship and Regional meets on pool deck, showcasing your support.
- Silver & Bronze Sponsorship Benefits included.
Silver Level = $500
- LOGO ON HEAT SHEET – Your business logo will be placed on the bottom of the heat sheet for home meets.
- BANNER PLACEMENT AT MEETS– – Your name placed on a banner hung at the Swimplex in a prime viewing spot in the pool area during hosted meets.
- BUSINESS LOGO ON T-SHIRTS- Yours business logo will be included on team t-shirts.
- Bronze Sponsorship Benefits included
Bronze Level = $250
- EMAIL TO MEMBERSHIP – An email that will highlight and thank all our Team Sponsors will be sent out twice a year, at the start of each season in the fall and spring
- SOCIAL MEDIA APPRECIATION – Your business will be highlighted on our social media platforms.
- LOGO PLACEMENT AND LINK ON OUR WEBSITE – Your business logo and link to your website home page will be on our Team Sponsors page of our website
FRIENDS OF Franklin County Swimming = $125
- LOGO PLACEMENT ON OUR WEBSITE – Your business logo or name of the business will be placed on our website on the FRIENDS OF WST page
- BUSINESS LISTED ON T-SHIRTS- Your business will be listed on team t-shirts.
