
Stingray Swimming (SS) offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of Stingray Swimming to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.
Swim Level Evaluation: New Swimmers must complete a swim evaluation prior to starting practice | Items needed for evaluation: swimsuit, swim cap, and goggles.
Swim Levels & Training Schedule
Level 1 – Water Introduction & Comfort: Focuses on basic comfort, submersion, and floating for new swimmers.
• Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday: Group A- 3:30-4:00 | Group B- 4:00-4:30 | Group C- 4:30-5:00 | Group D- 5:00-5:30
• Instructor: Carolyn Wenger
• Class Size: 4 swimmers max.
• Cost: $80/month
Level 2 – Beginner Stroke Skills: Swimmers learn breath control, gliding, and beginning strokes. Introduce freestyle/backstroke
• Schedule: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday | Time: 3:30-4:15 PM

• Cost: $90/month
Level 3 – Stroke Development: Builds endurance and refines freestyle/backstroke. Intro to breaststroke.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Time: 3:30–4:30 PM

•Level 4 – Stroke Technique & Efficiency: Focuses on all four strokes, technique, starts, and turns.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | Time: 3:30–4:30 PM

Level 5 – Advanced Training & Conditioning: Designed for competitive swimmers; builds speed and endurance.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | Time: 4:30–6:00 PM

Level 6 – Elite Competitive Training: High-performance training for year-round swimmers; advanced race prep.
