2011 Swim-A-Thon make up day is this Saturday May May 21 at Ridgway Swim Center from 7:30-9:30 am. Lap counteing volunteers must be provided by each participating athlete. Please arrive at the pool by 7:20 am so we can start the make up day on time as we need to be out of the pool at exactly 9:30 am to make room for lap swimming. Reminder: All money is due by May 25th either by check in the "Swim-A-Thon" box in the team room or auto pay.

Gold and Silver groups will practice earlier this week May 16-19 - practice will be from 6:00-7:30 pm Monday through Thursday with no practice offered on Friday. If you are competing at NCS for individual events and/or relays you are strongly encouraged to attend the special NCS practices being held May 16-19 from 3:45-5 pm at Ridgway. Please help spread the word to your teammates and friends to make sure everyone is aware of the different practice times. Thanks for your support & GO NEPTUNES!!

Rest assured parents we're thinking of your hungry bellies as well. The popular taco truck from the Spring Fling will be parked outside the swim center tonight while the 2011 swim-a-thon event is going on in the water. We'll have pizza and ice cream for the athletes and the taco truck will be there for the parents. Looking forward to seeing you all at the pool this afternoon/evening and GO NEPTUNES!!

SWIM-A-THON 2011 Neptune Swimming What is a swim-a-thon? Swim-a-Thon is a fundraiser in which participants earn money for their team by swimming lengths of the pool. Swimmers have a two-hour period to swim a maximum of 200 lengths. Participants get pledges from businesses, family, neighbors, etc. prior to swimming. Some choose to get pledges and money prior to swimming while others get pledges per length and collect the money following the Swim-a-Thon.
