Hello Neptune Families, Due to the Neptune Invitational starting at Finley Swim Center this Friday, March 19th, we are cancelling practice for all groups at both locations. Regular practice schedule will resume on Monday. Thanks for your support & Go Neptunes!!

The Zone All-Star championships will be held this weekend March 7th in Morgan Hill and the Neptunes will be well represented at this select meet. Zone All-Stars is held every year with each zone selecting only 8 athletes per age division. The athletes will travel with their team mates, most from other teams within zone 3, by bus to Morgan Hill where they will practice with the team on Saturday. They will then stay overnight with their team mates and then compete against top athletes from all of the other...

Hello Neptune families, I just got off the phone with the manager at Ridgway and she tells me the pool is open and the heater/pumps are working... so we are on for practice tonight. Which brings me to my second point of this email: today is the first high school meet of the 2010 season at Ridgway so practice times are different for the 4 following groups: Elite 5 - 6:30 pm, Blue 6:30 - 7:30 pm, Bronze (1) 6:30 - 7:15 pm & Seahorse (2) 5:45 - 6:15 pm....

Eleven swimmers and divers with local roots made an impact at the Big West Conference Championships at Long Beach , February 17-20. Reid Hartz(Montgomery ), Jim Fong (Maria Carrillo), Derek Baldwin (Casa Grande), and William LeBarge (Rancho Cotate) were all major contributors leading the UC Davis men to the conference title. Group training schedule during high school swim season is now available on the "swim groups" page of the team web site. During this time of the year, both Healdsburg & Ridgway are the primary pools for most of the high schools in the county. The number of people coming and going from the pools will increase dramatically in the next few weeks and continue through the summer.
