OUTREACH Membership is an option available for lower-income members.

ATHLETE ASSISTANCE FOR EQUIPMENT OR SWIM MEET

USA Swimming/Kentucky Swimming Outreach Membership - $7. 

Outreach Membership Criteria:

  1. If an athlete participates in a reduced or free school lunch program (based on household income) AND
  2. Athlete participates in one other approved program. Click Here for list of approved programs.
    OR
  3. If one parent is on active duty in the USA Armed Forces, please provide proof (incoe limit applied)

Documentation verification on the school’s letterhead indicating that the member is on a free or reduced lunch program & documentation proving the athlete participates in one other approved program

COACHES/Club Registrars - Please submit these swimmers as outreach with your registration file.  Documentation of proof can be submitted with Registration Fee Summary Form and payment.  You cannot revise a previously submitted outreach application, so be sure you have this school documentation before you send in an outreach registration.
