Practice Suit: Any Speedo suit, either Lycra or Endurance fabric. Endurance fabric suits last longer as they are more chlorine resistant

TIDE silicone swim caps are available at your practice site, from the coaches. Your TIDE account will be invoiced $15 for a silicone cap (choice of blue or black). We also have a limited number of PINK latex caps for $6, also available at your practice site. These are popular and go fast!
