The Redmond Pool is scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 1st.   We will not have Saturday practice this week, October 16 due to the October Challenge meet. The coaches and most of the swimmers will be at the meet.

  Wave has been moved to the Kamiak High School October Challenge meet this coming weekend- October 16-17. This doesn't affect our entries in any way. The meet information on the event page reflects our new meet location.

  Saturday, October 2nd is the Wave Sprint Cup Challenge Meet at the Juanita Aquatic Center. Because of the meet we will not be holding our normal Saturday practice. The meet will start at 8am and we will be done by 10am. Warm-up will start at 7am for Gold, High School, Senior and HP groups; 7:25am for 8 & Under, Bronze and Silver groups. Remember to be there 15 minutes prior to the start of warm-up.

    The following clinics are for certification at the positions indicated and will b e c onducted at the locations indicated below.  $10 for Stroke and Turn and $5 Starter and Referee is required for initial certification.     A brief e-mail to notify the instructor of your intention to attend will help to make sure the instructor brings the appropriate number of resources.  And those who need to register for 2011 USA Swimming membership may use this link for the non-athlete membership application.   Lynnwood Area:   Thursday,...

  Due to a scheduling issue, we were forced to move the first stroke clinic back one week to Sunday, October 3rd. Same time, 5:30-6:30 at the Juanita Aquatic Center. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we will work to make sure the other clinics are fine where they are currently scheduled.

    Coaches Dave and Erin will be hosting stroke clinics open to all Wave swimmers 9 years and older every other month. Our first clinic will be Sunday, October 3rd from 5:30-6:30pm at the Juanita Aquatic Center. At this first clinic we will be covering turns. Swimmers should bring a dvd or jump drive that can store a video file for swimmers to view later. The coaches will be doing some filming during the clinic in order to help swimmers learn.
