Sylvia's will be at the Juanita Aquatic Center on Saturday, September 18th from 10am - noon to size swimmers in suits, sweats, fins, etc. You will also be able to purchase practice suits, goggles, and training equipment.   We will be back in the water beginning September the 1st. We will put a practice schedule up as soon as we are able.   We will not practice over Labor Day Weekend (Sept. 4-6) but we will be back in the water on Tuesday, September 7th.

    Monday August 2nd; Special Practice   Monday, August 2nd we will have a special practice for Bronze, Silver and Gold groups at Juanita starting at 5:15pm.
