GBY swim team started using equipment last season during practice. There is some pieces of equipment that every swimmer needs to get. Bronze: Mesh equipment bag, Fins, Kickboard. Everyone did a fantastic job this season. I am so thankful for the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful team. I have enjoyed watching the swimmers grow over this winter season. Each group did an incredible job and there was a lot of improvement this season in both technique and times! I am going to cancel tomorrow night’s Stroke Clinic (200 Race Strategy) and reschedule it for next Wednesday night, from 7-8:30pm at the DT Y. I have had a number of people comment on running the Stroke Clinic against the home Packer Game. So I will gladly make a change. If any year round swimmers would like to practice tomorrow I can give you two lanes tomorrow from 4-5:30pm at the DT Y during my Silver Sharks class.
