USA Swimming has just approved a new club in WYSI. SWIM 5150 is based in Casper and its Head Coach is Bridger Miller. Welcome SWIM 5150!
As we start the 2025-2026 season, just a reminder that tieback suits (typically Jolyn) or suits with zippers are not allowed for racing in USA Santioned Meets. This is a World Aquatics (previously FINA) rule. HERE is the official interpretation from 2016 that is still in effect.
2026 grants are now open through November 15, 2025. See the below info to learn more. Youth and Adult Learn-to-Swim Grants Programs can apply for Youth and Adult Learn-to-Swim grants through November 15, 2025. In 2025, the USA Swimming Foundation awarded $865,000 to 114 youth and adult providers across 34 states. The funds impacted an approximately 13,500 individuals nationwide. The 2025-2026 WYSI Elite Meet Travel Support Funding and Application have been updated! The can also be found under the Athlete Tab of the website. Please note, this is now a travel support policy and receipts are not required for application.
The 2026 WYSI WINTER CHAMPIONSHIP TIMES STANDARDS are posted. *Time standards for the 15-16, 17-18, and Open 50s of stroke will be posted following the 2025 USA Swimming Annual Summit Sept 25-27, 2025* *The FINAL EVENT LIST for the 2026 Winter Championship Meet is still TBD pending the inclusion of the 50's for the 13 and over age groups*
