AG State summary: Great work at the State Meet everyone! You all battled through some very tough conditions and you came out victorious. Across the board, it was a tough meet for our individual races, however, when it came to stepping up for the team relays we killed it. I have mentioned this before but the ability to step up the focus level for relays is 100% transferrable to individual races. Highlights: Ryan Foley 200 Fly: Ryan went a best time in November and then did not go faster until...
Senior Three had a small group of swimmers who qualified for the Regional Championships. Cailyn Ross, Eden Quintana, and Ronav Udar all achieved multiple best times throughout the meet and all three were able to return and swim in at least one or more event finals. Being able to race at prelims and return for finals is an important skill to experience and practice as a swimmer. Senior Three coaches are proud of your achievements and efforts this season and cannot wait to watch everyone race long course in April!

Lost Dutchman Meet Summary: There was a lot of good and a lot of not-so-good to come out of Lost Dutchman. We executed race strategy very well and a lot of our details (turns, breakouts, finishes, underwaters) were maintained throughout entire races. The only thing we need to work on is moving past a bad swim and giving ourselves the best chance at a great swim. In my eyes, it comes down to self-talk and how we think of ourselves after a bad race. I also think that some of...
