Futures was the highest level meet of the summer after Olympic Trials. The final long course meet of the summer was very successful. S1 had twenty swimmers compete and at least 15 did one best time. The 400 free relays were excellent with almost everyone right on their best time. The men's 800 free relay was also great, as three of the four swimmers did their best best time. The team support of those swimming finals was among the best of any meet I have attended in the past few...

Senior One Summer Meet Update Senior One had great swimming in June and July leading up to the Futures meet last week of July. I will try to recognize most best times and top swims, but I apologize if I miss some, as this report is much later than it should have been. The performances at the Narwhal meet were exceptional for the time of the season, the training load and the very early start of the meet. When I sent out the meet info, I mentioned that we were ready to do fast, smart swimming. We all showcased that skill flawlessly. I'm really in awe of how smart all of our swimmers competed. Huge congrats AG1! I'm going to hone in on this while it's fresh in their minds, so we can replicate it in the practice setting. Nevertheless, great focus and discipline this past weekend, going right from one event to another was very challenging and we all helped each other out. The biggest technical component...

May Cray Summary: I spoke with Coach Steve about the May Cray meet and he could not stop telling me how great of a TEAM this group is. From the support behind the blocks to the organization you all showed us, it made me very proud to hear this! In all of the racing we did, we had a great meet of practicing what coaches have been saying and time drops. For our swimmer in the 800, you all did a FANTASTIC job of being ready, getting a second warm-up...

At Regionals, Grace dropped in the 50 and 100 FR, 100 BK and 100 BR. We're so excited to have Grace in the group and I know more...
