SOL Swim will take a 2 week break between our seasons to not only give our swimmers a much needed time to relax but to also allow the staff to regroup and give them some time off as well. 2023 San Diego Imperial A/BB Long Course Meet Congrats to our swimmers who competed April 21st-23rd in Poway. This was once again a qualifying meet for our swimmers which is such a great accomplishment. Besides being a qualifying meet, it was also a Long Course Meters meet where our swimmers swam 50 meters instead of 25 yards. 2023 San Diego Imperial 14-Under Age Group Champs Congrats to our swimmers who competed March 25th in San Diego. This a one day championship meet for our swimmers outside of the other meet. Sol Swim Team had a great showing at the 14 and Under Junior Olympics held at Granite Hills High School. Sol placed 11th overall out of over 22 teams. Winter Age Group Championships Sol Swim Team participated in the San Diego Winter Age Group Championships which were held at Southwestern College in December.
