Three Online Registered Dietician Workshops geared towards supporting your swimmer!
“I’m starving!” “What should I eat after practice?”
“What do I eat before practice so that I feel good in the pool?”
As parents of developing athletes, we hear these questions everyday from our swimmers. We try our best, but it can be hard to know the proper nutrition our swimmers need to get the most out of their time in the pool.
Club Warriors is excited to invite Registered Dietician Stephanie Boville to run a series of three ONLINE workshops that will help address the nutritional needs of your developing swimmer.

These workshops are paid for by CW swimming.
Nutrition Workshop 1 on Monday, December 6th 7-8pm:
This workshop is geared towards Novice 1 & 2 and AG1 and will talk about ways
to fuel your younger swimmer. Suggestions will also recognize that your child
may be involved in other sports as well and will include more general nutrition for
developing athletes.
Nutrition Workshop 2 on Tuesday, December 7th 7-8pm:
This workshop is geared towards swimmers in Junior, Jr. Elite, and Elite.
Stephanie will talk about ways to properly fuel athletes who are training at a
higher intensity with multiple early morning and evening practices every week.
Nutrition Workshop 3 on Thursday, December 9th, 7:30-8:30pm:
This workshop is geared towards swimmers in AG2, AG3, AG4, and
Intermediate. This workshop will talk about ways to fuel your swimmer who is
training 3-4x per week. This workshop will give suggestions for developing
athletes who have both early morning and evening practices.
Remember, we eat to train...not the other way around!
