11-14 Year-Olds and/or 0 Years of Experience

The Fitness & Technique program is for swimmers 11-14 years old and older who want to continue developing their swimming strokes and building swimming fitness but not necessarily compete at meets. It is also for young triathletes working on improving their swimming skills.

At the start of the year, Fitness & Technique swimmers will be registered as "non-competitive." A swimmer must let the Club Registrar know if they wish to compete.
