Ontario Spring Forward Invitational (Apr 7-10, 2022)

Good luck to our Festival and Ontario Youth-Junior (OYJ) qualifiers heading to Windsor this week to compete in the Ontario Swimming Spring Forward Invitational. Here are some useful links to important info about the meet:

  • Windsor Aquatic Club (WAC) - latest heat sheets (prelims & finals) and other info for the Windsor venue
  • Swim Ontario - meet info and online apparel order links for all 3 Spring Forward venues. Note: You can now order Spring Forward apparel to be shipped directly to your home.
  • Swimming Canada - latest meet package with general competition info and rules, including eligibility, seeding, scratch rules, etc. All updates have been colour-coded (hot pink denotes the latest Apr 2nd changes >> NOTE:  the Apr 2nd changes have been deleted. Latest meet package is as of April 6th).
