Registration Now Open

We are excited to be getting ready for the upcoming 2022-23 season. Online registration opened on August 1, 2022 for returning members as well as any families who attended any of the spring assessments. You should have already received a “Club Warriors Registration for 22-23 Season” email with instructions on how to register for the new season. A second email was also sent to clarify that existing members do NOT need to create a new account. Additional information for Intro and Novice families are detailed in the email, as well as information about registration and program fees, the family participation program (FPP) and fundraising. Please read that second email in its entirety before beginning registration.

Below are some key points to remember when registering:

1. Ensure that you are signed into the CW website if you are a returning member. 

2. Go to the registration page, scroll down and click on the green “Continue” button to begin the registration process. Please remember: 

• When asked for your email, enter your existing account login email if you are a returning member to avoid creating a new account. Only NEW member families will need to create a new account. 

• Register your swimmer(s) in the swim group that they were placed in for the fall, as confirmed in an email communication. If you did not receive your swimmer's group confirmation email, contact [email protected]. 

• Read and agree to all the required waivers. 

• If you wish to set up auto-payment, select “yes” when prompted to save your credit card information. 

4. After registration is complete, an email will be sent to you confirming that your payment has been processed. This registration receipt will show your swimmer(s)’s status as “Pending Approval” 

5. Please be patient. Our registrar volunteers are working hard to process and approve numerous registrations. You will receive a separate email to confirm that your registration has been approved and your account has been activated in 2-3 days.

Intro and Novice 1 Families - Please refer to the "Club Warriors Registration for 22-23 Season" email sent to you for instructions on how to select your preferred training days.

CW Training Bursary

Club Warriors is proud to offer a Training Bursary each season to assist swimmers with a keen interest and commitment to the sport of competitive swimming but do not have the means to participate without financial assistance. The bursary has been made possible through the generous donation by a sponsor family.
