Where:  Federation Hall, University of Waterloo 

Time:  5:30 pm - 9:30 pm (Doors open at 5 pm; please plan to arrive by 5:30 as the program will get underway at ~6pm)

Buffet Dinner:  Vegetarian/ Gluten-Free options included

Cost:  $42 for Adult (13 & Over)

           $30 for children (9-12 years)

           $20 for children (8 and Under)

           Bar Services available for purchase (Credit/Debit Card ONLY)

Parking:  Lot R, Lot N ($5) and Lot M ($6).  Be sure to pay for parking as this event will end later than the hours allowed by the CW’s parking permits

Dress Code:  Semi-Formal

UW Catering Services will try their best to accommodate dietary restrictions.  Members must purchase their tickets first and then email their special dietary requests to [email protected] by Dec 2, 2022. You are also able to email dietary restrictions from the https://cwswimming.square.site/

Evening’s Agenda:  

• Awards will be handed out to select swimmers from each group for their achievements during the 2021-2022 season.  

• Buffet-style dinner will be served by the Food Catering Services at Federation Hall.

• Picture slideshows from various swim meets, social events and team travels will be presented during mealtime.

• Keynote speaker: Jessica Dreghici who represented Canada in the FINA World Junior Open Water Championship (5 km) and the FINA World Cup (1500 m).

• Skits will be performed by each group - a club tradition and highlight of the night!

• Gift basket raffle and candy jars guessing game are back!  Raffle tickets are $2 each.  Remember to bring some cash!

• Dance floor for everyone to show their newest and best dance moves!
