Refund / Cancellation Policy

• To receive a refund, notification must be received in writing within 72 hours of payment

• Refunds will be issued for medical reasons with a doctor’s note.  Refunds will be on a pro-rated basis from when the doctor’s note is handed in to the Learn to Swim Program Coordinator 

• The $34.00 insurance fee is non refundable

• All refunds issued will incur a $20 administration charge per registration

• Missed lessons will not be refunded or transferred in any circumstance

• The Grande Prairie Piranhas Swim Club ‘Learn to Swim Program’ reserve the right to change lesson times & venues if required and in some circumstances cancel classes

• Refunds will not be issued if a parent/guardian/carer are unable to meet the requirements of the REP (Restriction Exemption Plan) if it returns to the Eastlink Centre

Program Shutdown Refund Policy

Our refund policy will depend on a number of factors - the number of classes that have been completed / length of closure, etc

• The session will be extended to make up for classes missed during the closure
• The classes remaining in the session will be refunded
• The classes missed during the closed period will be refunded and the session will continue to the end.

Refunds will only be given if the program is closed down.
