Over the first weekend of December we had Brandon compete at his first ever International Para-Swimming Competition.  With plenty of great learning opportunities taken, alongside getting to mingle with his peers and swimmers from all around the globe including Australia and Uganda, Brandon managed to represent himself and the Piranhas well with 5 PBs and finalling in every event!

 

The first night of racing started with a bang. Placing First in 200 Free and Second in 100 Back.

Saturday he kept the great swims going with a Third place finish in 100 Breast and another Second place finish in 100 Free.

Sunday saw his busiest schedule with 3 events, including Second places finishes in both 200 IM and 50 Free. He capped off the meet by finishing First in 100 Fly.

 

Congrats to Brandon for taking another massive step in his Para Swimming career!
