Cascade Speed Meet Recap LASC sent a small crew of 14 swimmers to Calgary to attend the annual Cascade Speed Meet last weekend. Despite being a small group, they made quite an impactful presence. Every swimmer in attendance swam to best times and qualified for multiple finals across the two day event.
