We had 35 swimmers race last weekend at the SKSC Invitational, in many swimmers’ first long course racing opportunity of the season. From Junior Provincial, Angelica W got her very first Divisional time in 50 breaststroke and continued to get more throughout the meet. This past weekend we had groups attend the Langley LC Invitational, as well as our home meet at Grandview, the PSW Tri-Cities Meet. This past Sunday PSW had 30 swimmers compete at the Delta 11& Under Sprint Cup. The Junior Provincial group had 4 swimmers competing. Miko P impressed all of the coaches from the very start with his explosive dives and tight streamlines as he entered the water. Nio N had 5 outstanding races: he swam 100’s of each stroke and ended the meet with a 200 IM managing to get all best times and Divisionals in every event.
