Is here as we all are aware. El Cariso is our long course pool we train in on Saturday mornings from 8-10 am. May I suggest getting your kids over there if they are competing long course. This past Saturday was huge for many swimmers. I spent the session in the water and worked with our advanced and bronze group. Boy did we learn.
