Senior Development (13 years and older)

Ability: Be proficient in all strokes with correct turns, starts, and finishes.

  • Proficient in training skills like interval training and speed control.
  • Swimmer/Instructor Expected Ratio: 25 to 1
  • Continued work on proper stroke technique in all four strokes.
  • Develop aerobic training principles.
  • Year-round commitment is encouraged.
  • Recommended attendance 4-5 times per week.
  • Participation in monthly meets is recommended.
  • Striving to attain A/AA times and should be able to make 10x100 free @ 1:30
