Senior Development (13 years and older)
Ability: Be proficient in all strokes with correct turns, starts, and finishes.
- Proficient in training skills like interval training and speed control.
- Swimmer/Instructor Expected Ratio: 25 to 1
- Continued work on proper stroke technique in all four strokes.
- Develop aerobic training principles.
- Year-round commitment is encouraged.
- Recommended attendance 4-5 times per week.
- Participation in monthly meets is recommended.
- Striving to attain A/AA times and should be able to make 10x100 free @ 1:30
