IMPORTANT NOTES:
- *Multi-Swimmer discounts are available as follows
- 15% discount applied to second swimmer monthly membership.
- 20% discount applied to third and remaining swimmers monthly membership.
NOTE: The first swimmer is always considered the swimmer with the highest monthly membership fee.
- **RAA Annual Reg is charged at the time of initial membership or annual renewal and is per family NOT per swimmer.
- ***USA Swimming registration is billed in October for ongoing members or upon joining the team. USA Swimming does offer reduced registration fees if your swimmer is eligible. Please contact us before you register to determine your eligibility.
- ****NO competitions with a pre-competitive membership.
Cancellation or Temporary Account Suspension Policy:
Notification must be given to the billing specialist, in writing, 5 days prior to the beginning of the month in which the swimmer plans to begin the temporary suspension from the team or intends to cancel their membership. Written notification may be given to the Office Assistant in person or sent via e-mail to [email protected]. The only exception to this will be a suspension necessitated as a result of a medical condition, which must be supported by a doctor’s note.
