Kristina swam for MACS into high school, a local team with a similar teaching and training background to NJST, and continues to swim today as part of the MINES swim club. After 5 seasons of coaching with the Piney Creek Swim Team, the same team that introduced her to swimming, she is ready to take on NJST's lively 8&U groups! Her previous coaching experience was with all ages but focused on 10&Unders, which shined in her interview. She impressed Kyle, Lani and I with her positive methods on coaching kids and the joy in getting them ready for the next level while continually challenging them and best of all, being a great teammate.
