We welcome to your family and swimmer(s) to the North Jeffco Swim Team (NJST)! As a new swim family to our team, we want to make sure that you have any questions answered regarding meet logistics, our scrip program, our home meet volunteer policy, logging in/navigating our website or any other questions you may have.
If you have any questions about the details of volunteer positions please ask a BOD member. We rely heavily on our families volunteering to help run our meets successfully for our swimmers and coaches as well as to meet our team's financial obligations.

Mission & Core Values
The North Jeffco Swim Team serves our community by providing a competitive swim program for children of all abilities and potential. The team strives to promote personal health, character and values in an atmosphere that is fun and rewarding. To offer each swimmer the opportunity to realize his or her swimming potential, the team will:
- Employ the best coaches available;
- Consider each swimmer to be a person of unique value, talent and potential
- Encourage an atmosphere of fun, enthusiasm, support, loyalty and pride;
- Establish goals for training and competition appropriate to each swimmer;
- Secure necessary equipment, pool time and other resources;

North Jeffco Swim Team is a non-profit oganization team that requires all families to volunteer.
