The following training plans are open to ALL AGES (active family fun) and ALL ABILITIES. If you excel in one or two of the three disciplines, this is a natural segue into falling in love with the new up and coming NCAA & Olympic Sport of Triathlon
Annual Membership Information
- One Time Tri Team Registration fee $30 (includes team swim cap & team tee)
- Combined Pre & In Season Tri Training for $200 - 20% discount for additional family members (no discount on registration fee).
Pre Season Tri Training
April 5 - May 24 (8 weeks)
- Bike Fridays 7:15-8:15pm @ Meyers / Warder Elementary School
- Run Saturdays 10:15-11:15am @ Meyers / Warder Elementary School
Practice Fees: $75 for 8 week season - no discount for additional family members
In Season Tri Training
June 6 - July 27 (8 weeks)
- Bike Mondays 11:30-12:30pm @ Warder Elementary School
- Run Tuesdays 8:30-9:30am @ alternating between Lake Arbor and Wheat Ridge Rec Center
- Run + Bike Thursdays 8:30-9:30am @ Wheat Ridge Rec Center
Practice Fees: $125 for 8 week season - no discount for additional family members
Triathlon Events TBA
Coach Tim will be at the following events to coach any attending members. Registration for Triathlons is to be completed by the member or guardian, event fees are in addition to the Tri Training fees and varies by event.
