As you know, being a part of KATY Aquatics is much more than just swimming.  It is about gaining life experiences, companionship, sportsmanship, and teamwork.  Swimming is unlike most other sports in the fact that volunteers are highly instrumental in helping to run our meets, events, and fundraising efforts. 

This is why we are asking each family to help support our team by petitioning for sponsorships. We have created a Corporate Sponsorship Package with several different options that can easily appeal to any local Business or Organization who may be interested in supporting our club and fundraising goals. 

As a team we also recognize how hard it is going to be to solicit for Team Sponsorships. Therefore, we will be rewarding our families with Service Hour credits for your efforts in helping to fundraise for our Team! 

Below is the breakdown we will be utilizing for Service Hour Credits to each family who is able to acquire a Corporate Sponsorship for the 2024-2025 year:
 

Please see the attached document to view/print the Sponsorship Form.  The Corporate Sponsorship Packet and Form can also be found on the website under the Fundraising Tab in the top gray bar of our homepage labeled ‘Corporate Sponsorships’.
 

Attached is the Corporate Sponsorship Form, along with a flier with highlights from 2023-2024 of the club that you can email or print to give to potential sponsors.

Don’t forget to contact your Dentist, Orthodontist, Doctor or Bank for a Sponsorship.  Many businesses in our community generally get excited for the opportunity to support local athletes!

If you had secured Corporate Sponsorships for the team last year, please follow-up with those businesses as we would like to continue our relationships for the 2024-2025 year.  

Although we are happy to accept Sponsorships all year long, please note the Sponsorship Commitment Deadline is Friday, September 27^th, 2024.  This is to ensure we have enough time to place all company logos on the Team Shirts.
