WAVES WIN TURKEY TROT! Powered by our 127 participating swimmers, the Waves won the Turkey Trot Invitational for the first time in team history, holding off a tough challenge from Coeur d'Alene, 899.5-850.5. With strong cheers and great swims, every age group got involved in the frenzy--individuals and relays stepped up to drop time and win close races. The Waves raced to 194 best times, 1 team record, and scored 24.4 points per swimmer while placing 2ndat the Trick-or-Treat invitational in Moscow, ID.  The only other team to beat us was CAST, with 16 more swimmers, scoring 21.4 points per swimmer.   The coaches were thrilled with our improvements in turns, dolphin kicks, and breakouts.  The older kids were absolutely fantastic in their ability to maintain technique and pace.  Our back-half’s were much stronger than previous years.  Overall, it was a great start to the year, the coaches are...
