New England Swimming is losing two major contributors in Rosemarie Meissner, NTV Chair, and Rick Osterberg as webmaster. The countless hours and attention to detail that both exhibited in their positions was unprecedented and went above and beyond their expected duties. The Scholastic All-America Team is comprised of high school student-athletes, who have a grade point average of 3.50 or higher, and have achieved a specific time standard in an individual event during the qualifying period. They must have completed 10th, 11th, or 12th grade and be a USA Swimming member athlete. Congratulations to the swimmers of New England who have achieved this award!
