MONTEREY BAY SWIM CLUB

Most all meets in our zone (Z1S) are entered via the FastSwims website. Meets are entered and paid for by parents. MBSC coaches only do entries for out of zone meets (Clovis, Fresno, etc…) and certain championship meets (Sectionals, Futures, etc…).  

 

Pacific Swimming meets fill very quickly, especially in the summer. Please take a moment TODAY and sign up for an account at FASTSWIMS so you will be on their email list. Our meet calendar is on the website's main page, near the bottom.  Each coach also emails this to families at the beginning of each season. Please be aware of our meet schedule, once the meet is open on FASTSWIMS you will get an email directly from them. MBSC will also send out a reminder when we see a meet open. Do not hesitate in signing up your child for a meet on our schedule as soon as it opens.  

 

It is worth noting that you will get emails from FASTSWIMS for meets that are not on our schedule, so please double check that you are entering a meet we are going to.

First timer? Here’s how to enter your first meet on FastSwims!

  1. Go to https://ome.fastswims.com.

  2. Navigate to your My Swimmers tab. Click "Add swimmer".

  3. Type in your swimmer's name. 

  4. If your swimmer is already in the database, you can select them. If not, click "I can't find my swimmer".

  5. Fill out all of your swimmer's information; gender, date of birth, first name, last name, membership ID/registration number, and team. (Please note; member ID can be found on your MBSC account).

  6. Click "Fetch times". If your swimmer is brand new, they will not have times in the database. If your swimmer should have times in the database, please check their information and try again, or contact us.

  7. Click "Register swimmer". You'll receive confirmation your swimmer has been added to the database.

  8. Go back to the Meets page. Select the meet you want to enter. Click the "Enter meet" button.

  9. Select the events you'd like to enter.

  10. Go down to the bottom and click "Checkout". Check your summary page to ensure everything is correct.

  11. Make sure to acknowledge and click the "no refund policy" checkbox and click "Confirm & pay".

  12. After checking out, you may see your order is processing.

  13. After a page refresh, you should see that your order is confirmed!
