White Group I: This group is for swimmers aged 11&under who regularly compete at meets and achieve “BB-AA” time standards. Swimmers in this group should be able to complete the following sets:

10x25 freestyle @ :40

10x25 freestyle or backstroke kick @ :50

5x100 IM @ 2:15

White Group II: This group is for swimmers aged 11&under who occasionally compete at meets and achieve or are striving to achieve “B” time standards. Swimmers in this group should be able to complete the following sets:

10x25 freestyle @ :50

10x25 freestyle or backstroke kick @ 1:00

5x100 IM @ 2:45
