BLACK GROUP - MPC

Black: This group is for swimmers who are aged 11-14, achieve “B-BB” time standards and regularly compete in meets. Swimmers in this group should be able to complete the following sets:

10x100 freestyle @ 1:50

10x50 freestyle or backstroke kick @ 1:10

10x100 IM @ 2:00
