BLUE GROUP - MPC

Blue Group: Blue Group focuses on teaching the fundamentals of competitive swimming. The Blue Group has a dual purpose of improving swimmers water safety as well as developing sound fundamentals for all four competitive swimming strokes. This group is a “pre-competitive” group meaning attendance at swim meets is not required although we will occasionally have intersquad mini meets which are meant to be an easy, fun, and low-pressure introduction to swim meets. If you are unsure if your child wants to swim competitively the Blue Group is a great way for your swimmer to try out swimming one or two days a week in a safe and fun environment. To qualify for this group your swimmer must be water safe and be able to complete one length of the pool on their stomach and back unaided. A tryout prior to registration is required. This group is for 9&Under swimmers.
