Performance A Requirements & Expectations
- Pacific Swimming Senior 2 Times
- Goal: Multiple Western Zone Senior/Far Western Standards
- 85% Attendance for water and land sessions
- Kick 10x100 @ 1:50scm maintaining technique
- IM 10x100 @ 1:40scm with correct technique and turns
- Free 20x100 @ 1:25scm maintaining technique
- 15x100 PHT2 Fr @ 1:40scm maintaining stable SE
- Competes in designated MBSC meets and attends the highest level championship meet
