Thank you for your interest in Albany Armada Aquatics!

Albany Armada Aquatics is a year round competitive swim team located at the Albany Aquatic Center. The team was co-founded in 2012 by Coach Helen Garcia & Coach Jesus Salcedo; the coaching staff also includes Coach Dan McGarry, Daniel Choy & Evganii Somov.  The Armada coaching staff has a wealth of professional coaching experience and offers 6 different skill level groups. We take pride in developing young swimmers to reach their full potential as athletes and as individuals.

Armada Groups vary in skill and age from novice beginner swimmers to nationally competitive swimmers. For a detailed look at each group, skill level, age range and group expectations, click here. 

Please fill out the tryout questionnaire so we can learn more about your swimmer. Please use the form to describe your child's current swimming ability and any other background information about their swimming experience and skill level. We will use the information on this form to communicate regarding tryouts.

Our Fall season begins on August 22nd, we will hold off on new tryouts till the week of August 28th. If you fill out the swimmer questionairre you'll receive a link to sign up for a tryout time slot.
