Cancellation & Refund Policy

Armada Swim & Adventure Camp’s cancellation and refund policy allows us to reliably staff the camp with qualified instructors and plan program expenses, while maintaining fairness to all families.

Refund, Transfer, or Credit Requests

All requests for refunds, transfers, or credits must be submitted in writing via email to the Camp Director:

🚫 Voicemail messages or in-person conversations are not considered official requests.

The date the email is received will determine eligibility.

*Transfers are at the discretion of the Camp Directors and based on availability in the preferred week.


Illness-Related Cancellations

 

If a camper must withdraw due to illness within 5 days of the start of their camp session, no refund will be issued, as staffing, facility, and program expenses have already been allocated based on enrollment.

📌 We will make every reasonable effort to place the camper in an alternate session, but availability is not guaranteed.

Families are encouraged to take appropriate health precautions leading up to camp to reduce last-minute withdrawals.
