NNA tried a very ambitous training revenue this winter break. We had 23 practices over two weeks and over 125 thousand yards. Several athletes tried. Only a few were able to finish it all. You can see some of our tougher athletes doing dryland in the posted pictures. The athletes that made at least 20 practices were allowed to go on a training trip.

NNA, I hope everyone enjoyed their vacations. 1. We are back to all normal practices for all groups on Thursday January 10th. 2. NNA team Intersquad meet is Saturday January 12th during practice 10am-12pm. The meet will be all deck entries and teams will be chosen at the pool. NNA helped make dinner for the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House Reno to help kick off the new year. Several families who were in need of hospital treatments and staying at the local chapter of the Ronald McDonald house were helped by our own team members this January 1st. We hope we made a difference.
