Congratulations to Courtney Gross for being selected to the 2016 Disabled Sports USA E-Team. The E-Team was developed to provide national leadership and opportunities for individuals with disabilities to develop independence, confidence, and fitness through participation in community sports, recreation and educational programs. The Issaquah Swim Team Coaching Staff is very exciting for Courtney with this opportunity to expand her involvement with Disabled swimming. Way to Courtney!!!

The long course season is fast approaching and many of our long course meet deadlines will start to become active this weekend. Our short course season hasn’t even finished and we are already planning for the long course season. For those of you that are new to the team or to swimming our swim season is broken into two parts. We started 2016 off with a bang at the January Challenge. The Curtis Pool is a great pool that produced tons of great swims over the weekend. It was a great showing coming off of the winter break that allowed our athletes to recharge their bodies and gear up for the remainder of the short course season.
