  1. Log in to your USA Swimming dashboard account at https://www.usaswimming.org. Specific account roles have access to continue, such as LSC Registrars, Club Administrators and Head Coaches. If you do not have access, please reach out to your LSC Registrar. 
  2. Click “Club” on the top blue navigation bar.  
  3. In the dropdown menu, click on “My Club.” 
  4. Once in your club profile, click “Team Management.” 
  5. Click “Staff Requirements.” 
  6. Click the dropdown to the right of the name to see what requirements are missing. 
  7. Expired or missing requirements will be noted in red.
