FRIENDS OF HSA (NOW A YEAR-ROUND FUNDRAISER!!!)
HSA is a 501 (c3), non-profit organization
For the 2016/2017 season, the HSA Board of Directors has enhanced the benefits of the Friends of HSA package, while making this package available to our friends and families as a fundraiser. This is a great way for your swimmers to reach out to friends and family members who may be interested in showing their support for our club while helping your swimmer to achieve his/her family fundraising requirement.
Perhaps best of all is that 100% of all Friends of HSA sales, up to $200.00 ($150.00 for families with one swimmer) may be applied to the family fundraising requirement!
So - sell 4 Friends of HSA packages and you have met your annual requirement!
For those who want to off-set dues and meet fees - for the 2016/2017 season the Board of Directors has voted to allow families to apply 75% of fundraising sales above their family requirement to their HSA account. This provides a way for families to offset monthly fees and perhaps to have more funds available for travel to meets.
As an added benefit to HSA families who own businesses, you may purchase a “Business friends of HSA” package with a donation of 200.00 or more. This will satisfy your family fundraising requirement and 75% any amount above the 200.00 may be credited to your family account. You will receive all of the benefits of the individual Friends of HSA package in addition to a business card ad in the HSA heat sheets and business family) name recognition on the Friends of HSA page on the HSA website. Again, this is a great way to offset monthly fees.
Friends of HSA (individual) - $50.00*
- Name will be listed on the “Friends of HSA” page in HSA heat sheets
- Name will be listed on the “Friends of HSA” page on the HSA website
- Purchaser will receive one “Friends of HSA” t-shirt
- 100% of first 3 ($150 fundraising requirement) or 4 ($200 fundraising requirement) sales will be applied to family fundraising requirement
- 75 % of all Friends of HSA sales above family fundraising account will be applied to family account as “fundraising bonus credit”.
Friends of HSA (HSA family business owners) - $200.00 and above**
- Business (family name) will be listed on “Friends of HSA” page in HSA heat sheets
- Business (family name) will be listed on “Friends of HSA” page on HSA website
- Purchaser receive one “Friends of HSA” t-shirt
- Family receives credit for 100% of fundraising requirement
- Family receives business card ad in HSA heat sheets
- 75% of all Friends of HSA sales above family fundraising account will be applied to family account as “fundraising bonus credit”
- A letter for tax purposes will be provided for individual (not business) donations of $250 or more.
