Dart Natomas Spring Swim 2024
Session 1: March 4-April 29
Session 2: April 29-May 24

These swim groups are for those new to competitive swimming, perhaps coming out of summer league or swim lessons for younger kids. These groups will swim meet opportunities. Instruction is geared toward teaching beginner skills, becoming confident in the sport, and having fun!
Spring Session 2: April 29 - May 24th
Spring 1 Group $155: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4:00-4:45 PM
- Ages 6-9
· REQUIREMENTS: MUST be able to swim 25 yards of Freestyle with side breathing, 25 yards of backstroke and 25 yards of flutter kick with a kickboard. Swimmers must also be comfortable in a deep pool without a coach in the water and be able to swim without holding the lane ropes.
Spring 2 Group $180: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:00-4:45 PM
· Ages 8-11
· REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to swim 50 yards of freestyle with side breathing, 50 yards of backstroke, 50 yards of flutter kick, and have knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly.
Spring 3 Group $205: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:45-6:00 PM
· Ages 11-14
· REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to swim 100 yards of freestyle with side breathing, 100 yards of backstroke and must have proficiency in breaststroke and butterfly.
Swim Meet Dates (All Swim Meets take place at Community Pool in Davis, CA with our Spring team from our other site.)
